: Global Port Tracker (ISL/Hackett Associates)
:

Developed by Hackett Associates and Institute of Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL).

The North European edition of the Global Port Tracker follows on from the success of the North American Trade Outlook It provides a 6-month rolling forecast of imports and exports for the 6 major container ports in the Le Havre – Hamburg range. These are:

  • Le Havre
  • Antwerpen
  • Zeebrugge
  • Rotterdam
  • Bremen/Bremerhaven
  • Hamburg

The forecasts also includes a four quarter rolling forecast to augment the monthly data which can be skewed by 4 and 5 week time periods. The historical and forecast data is presented in a series of tables and charts that mirror the layout of the North American newsletter. The purpose is to provide information at a glance.

The newsletter also incorporates a North Europe top line history (2008 onwards) and 18 month projection based on ELAA/CTS data.

In addition to providing a monthly short term forecast by direction of trade, the newsletter features an editorial, an economic outlook and an article by a guest contributor. Key news items related to individual ports are also included.

As we move forward the newsletter will incorporate the United Kingdom at the national level, empty container moves for the key ports and may be expanded to include up to three Baltic ports.

We hope that you will enjoy reading the complimentary September issue.

The newsletter is available at the introductory net price of € 2,000 for 12 issues.
